My role is to be your sparring partner. Over 3 months, you'll delegate at least one major responsibility, protect strategic time in your calendar, and identify the behavioural patterns keeping you in delivery. The goal is a permanent shift in how you lead, not a temporary boost.

The Leadership Sprint

A structured 3-month engagement to move you from doing to leading.

Month 1

Diagnose

Full LTI diagnostic. We map where your time actually goes versus where it should go. We identify the specific habits, fears, and defaults keeping you in delivery. You build a personal operating system blueprint. You make your first delegation commitment.

Month 2

Rewire

Bi-weekly sessions focused on execution. Calendar architecture. Boundary scripts. Delegation handoffs. Each session ends with a concrete commitment reviewed at the next one. This is where the behaviour changes.

Month 3

Sustain

We stress-test the new operating system against real-world pressure. Client escalations, quarterly reviews, team problems. We build an accountability framework that works without me. The goal is that you don't need ongoing coaching, though the Extended Partnership exists if you want it.

Limited to 3 clients per quarter

If coaching helps you recover 5 hours a week of strategic time over 3 months, that is 60 hours back. At your day rate, the Sprint pays for itself twice over.

The Extended Partnership is a monthly retainer for leaders who have completed the Sprint. One 90-minute strategy session per month. Priority async access. Quarterly review against goals. No minimum commitment.

I'm not an MD. Is this for me? +
Yes. The Leadership Sprint is for anyone in a senior role navigating the shift from doing to leading. That includes Ops Directors, Account Directors, Heads of Department, and Partners.
Is this confidential? +
Completely. Nothing from your sessions is shared with anyone, including your employer if they are paying for the coaching.
What if my agency is paying for this? +
Many agencies invest in coaching as leadership development. I can provide a proposal and invoicing structure that works for your finance team. The coaching itself remains confidential to you.
Do you work outside agencies? +
I work with senior leaders across professional services: agencies, consultancies, architecture practices, and similar firms with 20-150 staff. The transition from doer to leader is the same regardless of sector.
Can I pay monthly? +
Yes. The Sprint can be invoiced monthly at £1,500 + VAT over three months. I don't run single-session engagements.
How is this different from a Vistage group or peer advisory board? +
Peer groups give you perspectives from other leaders. Coaching gives you a structured process to change your own behaviour. They are complementary. If you are already in a peer group and still stuck, coaching is likely the missing piece.
