Productivity Coach

Build complete productivity systems that last

I help busy professionals and small business owners build complete systems that create lasting results

Why I do this work?

My productivity journey began when COVID hit and my role as Digital Marketing Manager exploded into 12-15 hour days overnight. I was drowning in chaos and realised something had to change.I couldn't control the external demands, but I could control my response to them.Through systematic testing, I discovered that sustainable systems beat heroic efforts every time. When I was promoted to Account Director managing £2+ million budgets and 20+ people, I had to build systems that worked under real pressure with real deadlines.I don't teach productivity theory - I teach what survives contact with reality. My approach focuses on four areas: Personal Foundations, Systems & Execution, Advanced Strategies, and Integration & Leadership. Because real productivity isn't about doing more - it's about doing what matters, consistently, without burning out.

My philosophy

This experience taught me that productivity isn't about copying someone else's system - it's about designing what works for YOUR life and work style. My key discovery: productivity isn't about copying someone else's system - it's about designing what works for YOUR life and work style. My guiding principle is practical: the time to manage your system + complete your tasks should be less than your current approach. If a productivity method creates more work than it eliminates, it's counterproductive.I became a qualified coach in 2025 through The Coaching Academy. My approach is pragmatic - I won't impose solutions that worked for me. Instead, I help you discover and build systems that fit your unique situation.I work primarily with busy professionals and entrepreneurs who are tired of feeling constantly behind and want to create systems that actually stick. My ultimate goal is to empower you with sustainable systems that work so effectively, you'll have complete confidence managing your productivity independently.

The Productivity Atlas framework

Most productivity advice focuses on quick fixes - time management apps, morning routines, or the latest trend. Real productivity transformation requires a systematic approach that addresses every aspect of how you work and live. That's why I developed the Productivity Atlas - a comprehensive framework that takes you from overwhelmed to optimised through four interconnected stages:

Personal Foundations

Understanding yourself deeply - your values, energy patterns, work style preferences, and what drives you.

Systems &
Execution

The practical side - task management, daily routines, planning processes, and the tools that support deep work.

Advanced
Strategies

Scaling your approach - workflow design, resource management, skill development, and adapting as you evolve.

Integration & Leadership

Working effectively with others - collaboration, communication, delegation, and long-term sustainability.

How we work together

  • Step 1: Free Discovery Call (30 minutes) - Get to know each other and explore your biggest productivity challenges. No obligation.

  • Step 2: Productivity Assessment - Complete a detailed evaluation across all areas of the Productivity Atlas. Reveals your strengths and biggest opportunities.

  • Step 3: Intake Session (90 minutes) - Review your assessment results and create your personalised productivity roadmap. We'll discuss the best coaching frequency for your situation. Please note, this is a paid session.

  • Step 4: Coaching Programme - Tailored sessions based on your needs - some clients benefit from weekly sessions, others monthly. Each session is one hour, scheduled flexibly around your commitments.

  • Step 5: Progress Assessment - At the end of the programme, we'll retake the assessment to measure your improvements and identify next steps.

  • Investment - Session pricing discussed during your intake session based on your specific programme.

About Productivity Coaching

Productivity coaching helps you build complete systems for managing your work and life more effectively. Unlike time management training that focuses on tips and tricks, I help you create sustainable frameworks that work with your natural style and circumstances. We address everything from energy management and workflow design to leadership habits and long-term impact.
Most productivity advice treats symptoms - giving you apps, techniques, or quick fixes. I work with the whole system using my Productivity Atlas Framework, which covers four areas: Know Yourself, Systems & Setup, Advanced Strategies, and Leadership & Impact. We build from the foundation up, creating lasting change rather than temporary improvements.
I work primarily with busy professionals and small business owners who are already driven and successful but feel like they're working harder than they need to. You might be managing multiple projects, feeling overwhelmed despite your efforts, or sensing that there's a more effective way to approach your work. You don't need to be "bad at productivity" - often my best clients are high performers who want to optimise their approach.
Clients typically gain more productive time per day within the first month, not through working more but by working more strategically. You'll have clear priorities each week and daily planning routine, allowing you to make consistent progress on important projects, and develop sustainable boundaries between work and life. Many report feeling more in control and less reactive to daily demands.

Getting Started

This is a 30-minute conversation where we explore your current productivity challenges and goals. I'll ask about your work style, biggest frustrations, and what success would look like for you. This helps us determine if we're a good fit and gives you a taste of the coaching approach. There's no pressure or sales pitch - just good conversation about productivity.
It's a comprehensive diagnostic tool that maps your current productivity landscape across all four domains of the Productivity Atlas Framework. Think of it as a productivity MRI - it takes 25-30 minutes to complete and reveals patterns you might not even realise exist. The questions go much deeper than typical productivity quizzes, exploring everything from your energy patterns to your leadership approach.

Investment & Logistics

The intake session is £125, and that's when we will go through the results of your productivity assessment. I don't offer standard coaching packages, but would instead create a personalised program that will help with your specific situation.
Yes, we can discuss payment arrangements during the intake session based on your specific situation.
